Jerry Carson has a self-assigned purpose in real estate...to make each deal as pain free as possible for his clients. Whether purchasing or selling an apartment in New York City, the process can be quite stressful.

Jerry as a professional real estate broker with numerous years of experience in changing markets, will strive to make the process as pleasant as possible.Jerry does not rush his clients through a deal, but listens to them, and guides them efficiently and confidently. He takes upon himself the responsibility of each transaction, solving any problem that may arise.

Jerry has a reputaion as being a diligent, honest, and take-charge broker, thorough from the beginning to the closing of every transaction. He has cultivated loyal relationships with his clients because of his characteristics.

Jerry came from an extremely distinguished career in marketing and sales for "Naturalizer" shoes. He generated $15 million in sales annually prior to his very successful career in real estate. He spent many years serving on his co-op board in his building.

Before moving to New York four decades ago, Jerry recieved a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University.He has spent his professional years in New York City. This has enabled him to aquire the knowledge and expertise of the city. Jerry has many interests, but real estate is his passion.
